What size display and pixels pitch should I choose?

When deciding on what size display and pixel pitch size to go with there are a couple of deciding factors:

  • How far away will people be viewing your display
  • What size space is available
  • What is your budget.
How do I communicate with my display?
To communicate with your display, an active internet connection is required—this may be established via Ethernet, wireless bridge or cellular network. The display is managed through a cloud-based operating system, which allows you to upload and publish your pre-created content remotely.
How do I create messages and content for my display?
We recommend Canva or the Adobe Cloud Suite to create content. (We do not provide licensing to these programs)
What type of messages and content should I display?

Businesses: Daily or weekly promotions, flash sales or discounts, store hours, loyalty program offers, hiring notices, seasonal messages, time and date, weather, supporting/promoting local schools or city events
Churches: Worship times, sermon titles or themes, bible verses, spiritual encouragement, youth night, choir practice, holidays, special events; Easter Sunday, Christmas service, trunk or treat, baptisms, time and date, weather
Schools: Game days, plays, school testing days, picture day, parent teacher conference week, PTO meetings, graduation day, school spirit days, student of the month, chess event, academic events, congratulating winning events, teacher appreciation, shout outs, closures, late start ups, half days, holidays, holiday closures: spring break, summer break, Christmas break, fall break

LED Pump Toppers FAQs

Why is my tablet not updating the prices?
Ensure the tablet is connected to the “PT xxxxx” wifi network.
Why is one of my Pump Toppers units lighting dimly?
Under the sign setup menu tap on “Send BOF”.
Why are my prices not showing correctly?
Under the “Set Prices” menu, make sure the prices are entered in the correct format — for example, enter 201 to represent $2.01 per gallon. If the correct prices still aren’t showing on the display, on the “Home Screen” click “Sign Setup” menu and tap “Send Config” to update the LED Pump Topper.
